Configuration Files for GoingWare's Linux Computers

I will archive the configuration files for the various Linux installations I have. This should make it easier for you to get Linux running well on any similar computers you have.

The Machines

Bjarne
Bjarne is a 667 MHz Pentium III desktop machine with an ATI Xpert 2000 video card and one of the variants of the 3Com 3C905 ethernet adapters. It has an adaptec 29160 Ultra160 SCSI host bus adapter, 40 MB/sec lvd scsi hard drive and IDE CDROM. The motherboard is an ASUS P3V4X.
KingOfSwing
KingOfSwing is a Compaq Presario 1800T 450 MHz Pentium III laptop with an ATI Rage Mobility Pro video controller, 1024 by 768 LCD screen, DEC 21143 10/100 ethernet chip, lucent winmodem and carbus/pcmcia. I very happily use the Adaptec APA1480A UltraSCSI cardbus host bus adapter to burn CD's from the laptop.
Pishi
Pishi came stock as a Macintosh 8500/150 with a PowerPC 604 CPU. I upgraded it to a 350 MHz PowerPC G4 using the PowerForce G4 CPU daughtercard from PowerLogix. I experimented with Debian PPC on it but had to wipe my installation because I was out of disk space. I plan to reinstall it when I get another drive. I was never able to get the mouse to work in XFree86 with it although the video worked well.
