Here you will find examples of letters that others have written to their legal authorities regarding The SCO Group's harassment of the Free Software community, as well as copies of the article in various formats besides the original HTML.
This is the best copy of the document to use if you want to make a copy on your own website, as I'm able to keep it up-to-date as new information arrives. The file is deliberately designed to be easy to copy, with only very simple, valid markup and no external dependencies.
Many popular message boards use UBB code for text markup, where the tags have square brackets rather than the angle brackets HTML uses, like this. Copy this version to your favorite message board
Simple ASCII text is best for sending in email or posting to Usenet. I'm working on it.
Here are letters that others have sent me to use as examples. Please don't copy these letters verbatim; instead use them as suggestions to inspire your own original writing. Your letter will carry more weight if it describes how SCO's harrassment affects you personally.
If you'd like to contribute your own letter as an example, please send it to crawford@goingware.com
I'm still working on my own letter, which I want to write very carefully. Once I have my first draft written, I will post it here for your comments for a few days before I send it.
